Great product my 14 year old son loves it

One of our other therapist inherited a tidal tank for her personal workouts and loved it so much she recommended it to our clinic to use with some of our patients. We enjoy tremendously the easy access to a variety of exercises along with the facility to adjust the weight for individual patients. Workouts came designed to be fun and engaging rather than patients feeling overwhelmed and bored. The quality is amazing, it is a sturdy ball with strong handles that provide stability, easy balance and mobility for all exercises.

Very well made and sturdy. The handles are well placed and I can do a variety of weight training exercises as I would with a traditional barbell.
