Purchased it to use in hitting instruction for a 10-11 year old girls fastpitch team to, hopefully, help them develop balance, strength, proper upper body technique, and explosiveness with their swings. After the first training session with the TTS, I got excellent feedback from the girls and saw immediate improvement. Need to use it more to state that it is an excellent "must have" product, but initial impressions and results look extremely promising. At this point in time, I would recommend it.
