I used a large Tidal Tank at Physical Therapy. I had difficulty handling, balancing, and lifting. But I could see the potential for a good work-out. My mid-size Tank arrived, and it’s just right (I’m old, and also weak!) I’m lifting about 14 lb at present, but plan to increase toward 20 lb. My routine at present is just to sit with Tank in my lap, stand, and sit. Some balance is involved even with 14 lb. I like my Tidal Tank!
It is innovation to workouts. The tidal tank allows one purchase to make weight adjustments easy.
My athletes love the tidal tank and it is very easy to use for pitchers
Great tool to help hitters get their hips engaged!
We purchased the tidal tank mainly to improve my son's lowered extremity strength, teach him how to use his lower body and core to improve his power while playing baseball. I also enjoy full body exercises and the tidal tank helps you understand weight distribution while performing exercises and sports motions.
Been using this now for over 2 weeks and can feel and see a difference. Softball team using as well and hitting stronger.
I’ve used it a lot since I got it and i love it. It’s a great addition to my workouts and warmups
First saw Paul Skenes using one during his pre game routine. Also does great for hitting drills. The water provides instant feedback about explosiveness and balance. Can't wait to see player's improvement after using the Tidal Tank.
The product was solid and met the standards I had hoped for, however it took in excess of 2.5 weeks to arrive and the box was ripped open.
I like your products but I’m really thankful I was thinking weeks ahead or this could have been problematic.
My son is 12 and a pitcher. He uses this to get a good feel for staying back during hit windup. This helps his hip/shoulder separation as well. We love this tool it make his workout more fun and interesting than throwing a medicine ball around.
