Kettle Tank - Up to 12 lbs (5kg)

The Kettle Tank has proven to me to be a very effective alternative to larger dumbbells. A bit of water feels much heavier. It's also very safe in case of anything. The Tidal Tanks that I use are very attractive with the dye mixed in.

The product is easy to handle. You can do a lot of exercises with it. It looks great too. However, be carefull with it, otherwise a leak might happen.

Small, compact, great for overhead work and shoulder mobility!

The kettle tank is a great tool for creating that extra challenge in your shoulder stability. Nice light weight options, great perturbation for the shoulder.

Great size and obviously adjustable with the water weight. Good for shoulder exercises.

I like the aspect of single arm work, but I’m still trying to figure out how to utilize with the minimal load available.

At home I mostly use the tidal tank but I took this with me to tend my grandkids. It was perfect, much easier to travel with and yet I was able to keep up with my exercises. Love it!
