I like the app with all the different exercises. The movement of water makes excersising more interesting.

I have been working on my recovery from a traumatic injury, and am particularly struggling with regaining balance. After 8 months of steady work, my PT introduced me to the Tidal Tank concept. Having a piece of dynamic equipment in my quiver of recovery tools has been a game changer for me. I am once again noticing big improvements instead of having to rely on people who don’t see me often, commenting on how much better I look.
