Baseball Bundle

We bought the Tidal Tank for our baseball players. Turns out everyone loves how it adds a new dynamic to their work out and they enjoy doing their exercises with a whole new twist!

We use tidal tank water bags 3-4 times a week for all our coordination based strength work with the Louisville TF team. We are big fans!
