Tidal Tank Slim - Up to 30 lbs (12kg)

Gave this to my 15 year old son for his birthday. He plays baseball, and they use this where they train.

I needed something to help me train at home when I couldn't make it to the gym, and a standard set of dumbbells is pretty expensive and limited. Tidal Tank gives me so much flexibility and the liquid inside helps train not just weight but also balance and stability, which hits my muscles in a whole new and different way. It's been a great way to supplement my weight training.

The ability to change dynamics of workouts with the use off the instability water

The tidal wave is made of quality materials and is easy to use. I also like the fact that you can add weight to it as you advance.

The dynamic movement of the water within a sturdy container was amazing at first try. I've used this daily since I purchased it and have really enjoyed trying all the different movements. I haven't filled it with more than 10lbs so far and that has been enough to really hit the core and shoulders. I cant wait to get a couple more to have varying weights available for workouts.

I would like to enhance my workoutroutines with the Tidal Tanks. So far I worked with static weights and I expect that the training with water inside will be much more challenging

Love the customization of water weight. Love how easy it is to immediately use the Tidal Tank (how to video) and the Tidal Tank app is awesome with body split workouts and a timer included. I bought the Tidal Tank to level up my fitness and introduce a modality emphasizing proprioception and balance. Love the water component. The material of the tank seems pretty solid. I don’t know if it’s tear resistant but I don’t think it’s a dingy piece of plastic either.

I’ve only used the Tidal Tank for a couple times but I love how easy it was to fill-up the tank and get right to using it. I enjoy the water component and swishing of the weight as opposed to using a sandbag which I was in the market for before I came across Tidal Tank. I also really like the app that the Tidal Tank comes with and exercise demonstrations. The portability is also a great factor. The quality of the material seems nice and not easily punctured unless intentional.

Great quality product with good rotational resistance, improving stability and strength to develop a strong core that transfers well to all youth sports.
