Bought the baseball bundle for my 12 yr old son. He has really been able to customize his workouts, both with the app and other sources. He enjoys this “much more than going to the boring gym.” It’s been about 2 weeks and he still has enthusiasm for the workouts and is sore more often than not. We keep rotating movements to keep his body confused and it seems to be working. I would 100% recommend Tidal Tank. The product quality is very good, I was skeptical and am now very impressed.
