The straps are too big and are not adjustable, would make alot more sense and would be better with adjustable straps 100%

Regardless of their baseball application or any sports specific application, they are very useful implements. The construction seems rather durable, but I've only had them for a couple weeks. Regardless, I'm a big fan of their uses. I already ordered a second set.

I'll be using them for training athletes and general adult fitness as well. Good feedback for rotation with athletes, and great balance challenge for general fitness.

The tidal tank is a staple in my hitting routine! It teaches younger athletes how to control their body and brace to hit, and it helps high-level hitters hone in on the timing of their weight transfer and deceleration!

I ordered my 30lb slim expecting that I would be able to purchase the vest thats in all the pictures you see for workouts . Emailed Tidal Tank and they say theres no way it'll work with my order but as I see it, the the handles provided I believe it would be a great anchor/secure point to perform these workout exercises . Wish they would sell me one and let me decide whether it works or not .
