We are seeing that sometimes people put too much water. But more is not necessarily better. We recommend starting with around 9 lbs / 4 liter of water, and working your way up from there.

Yes, the Tidal Tank Hydrovest comes with its own specialized tank that is made to fit firmly in the vest. It is very important that Tank itself does not move, so that all the perturbation comes from the water within the Tank. This is why we made a special Tank with multiple extra strong velcro strips that creates the desired connection to the vest.

Unfortunately this is not possible, since the the Tank needs velcro strips to firmly attach the vest, ensuring that the Tank itself does not move. See also the previous.

product poorly packaged

Good afternoon. I received the product, it is excellent and meets all expectations. I'm already using. I would just like to report that, due to the way it is stored inside the packaging that comes from the store, a defect forms in the plastic and I think the useful life of the product may be affected. In 2 places a type of cracks form. I'm not requesting an exchange, because I need it right now and it wouldn't be worth waiting. I'm just reporting so that they can improve the product. I will purchase another one in the future. Furthermore, I can only congratulate you on the excellent equipment.
