The Tidal Sphere has been an adjustment for myself and my athletes alike. Definitely has been a nice way to add some complexity in the simple things to overload a movement.

My son really likes this product. He’s using it to get stronger for pitching. Assembly was easy. You can choose the color dye to put in your tank. Handles are in different locations on the tank so you can choose where you want to hold it. You can also use the weight you choose and change it later to make it heavier or lighter.

After the first workout I felt like it target more muscles faster than just using w eights
