Great Training Product
I was looking for sandbags to implement in my exercise routine and to introduce some exercise modalities for my clients when I start personal training. Sandbag filling can be a bit of a hassle. I came across Tidal Tank and was very curious about the product and the benefits it offers. I absolutely love that the weight (the water) can be adjusted and makes the intensity customizable to your workouts. I also really enjoy the free app that shows you how to set-up the Tidal Tank (Great Training ProductSUPER EASY), as well as categorized body-split workouts to follow along.

Awesome addition to the home gym!
I love how versatile the Tidal Tank is. Very effective for strength/weight training as well as core strength and flexibility. I like how as the water moves around it redistributes weight as you work out which forces you to use more muscles to maintain proper form. Plenty of simple exercises you can do right after filling the tank, but if you need ideas/inspiration Tidal Tank also has an app with recommended workouts based on what type of training you're looking for. Highly recommend!
